外资进入与中国多产品企业出口技术含量

The Entry of Foreign Capital and Export Technology Content of China’s Multi-product Enterprises

文章探究了外资进入对中国多产品企业出口技术含量的影响,研究表明:(1)同行业外资进入不利于内资多产品企业产品组合技术提升,而有助于产品组合配置优化,但综合效应不显著。(2)外资进入降低了外资技术领先行业和高技术行业的内资企业平均出口技术含量,但提升了产品组合配置效率,结果提升了企业出口技术含量。(3)外资进入通过提高产品组合技术提升了企业高技术品出口技术含量,而通过优化产品组合配置提升了企业异质品和中等技术品的出口技术含量。外资进入与企业研发创新能力协调能提升产品组合技术和产品组合配置效率进而提升企业出口技术含量。据此,在开放环境下,企业需要积极创新以提升产品结构、实现产品差异化,以增强本土企业对外竞争优势。

This paper explores the impact of the entry of foreign capital on export technology content of China’s domestic multi-product enterprises.The research shows that:(1)the entry of foreign capital into the same industry is not conducive to the upgrading of product mix technology of domestic multi-product enterprises,but conducive to the optimization of product mix allocation.However,it has no significant comprehensive effect;(2)the entry of foreign capital reduces the average export technology content of domestic enterprises in foreign technology-leading industries and high-tech industries,but promotes the product mix allocation efficiency,resulting in an increase in export technology content of the enterprises;(3)the entry of foreign capital improves export technology content of high-tech products by promoting product mix technology and improves that of differentiated products and medium-tech products by optimizing product mix allocation.The coordination of the entry of foreign capital and R&D innovation capability of the enterprises can promote product mix technology and allocation efficiency,and then enhance export technology content of the enterprises.Accordingly,in an open environment,the enterprises should actively innovate to upgrade the product structure and realize product differentiation,so as to strengthen the competitive advantages of local enterprises.
