产教融合共同体的内生逻辑:基于产业学院建设的视角

摘要 产教融合共同体是一种有机结合产业和教育机构的模式,其内生逻辑在产业学院建设中得到明显体现。中国职业技术学院到产业学院的演变,以及英国与日本产业大学的相关经验表明,新经济下现代产业学院的根本任务是打造一批融人才培养、科学研究、技术创新、企业服务、学生创业等功能于一体的示范性人才培养实体。同时,基于对产教融合共同体基本内涵和类型特征的分析可知,它存在利益与教育、效率与公平、继承与创新的矛盾。具体而言,产教融合共同体的内生逻辑表现为,学生的知识与能力在院校培养结构的深度互嵌与在产业运行结构的正向互动,促进产业与院校互利共赢协同发展。 The community of industry and education integration is a model that organically combines industry and educational institutions,and its internal logic is clearly reflected in the construction of industrial colleges.The evolution from vocational and technical colleges to industrial colleges in China,as well as the relevant experience of industrial universities in the UK and Japan,shows that the fundamental task of modern industrial colleges in the new economy is to create a demonstration entity that integrates talent training,scientific research,technological innovation,enterprise services and student entrepreneurship.At the same time,based on the analysis of the basic connotation and type characteristics of the community of industry and education integration,it can be seen that it involves conflicts between interests and education,efficiency and fairness,inheritance and innovation.Specifically,the internal logic of the community of industry and education integration is manifested in the deep interweaving of students'knowledge and ability in the training structure of the educational institutions and the positive interaction in the operation structure of the industry,so as to promote the mutually beneficial and coordinated development of the industry and the educational institutions.
