地方财经类高校专业学位研究生“产业+专业+职业”培养模式

Training Mode of“Industry+Profession+Occupation”for Professional Degree Postgraduates in Local Finance and Economics Universities

强化实践性和培养职业能力已成为地方财经类高校专业学位研究生培养模式改革的主要方向。通过对6所地方财经类高校1040名专业学位硕士研究生的问卷调查和48名专业学位硕士研究生的访谈,获取一手数据资料。统计分析发现,专业学位研究生培养存在与产业需求脱节、实践能力培养不到位、职业导向性缺乏、质量保障体系薄弱等问题。基于扎根理论的质性研究显示,影响地方财经类高校专业学位研究生培养的三个核心因素为“产业”“专业”和“职业”。基于产学合作理论和人职匹配理论,分析产业、专业和职业之间的内在关系,构建“产业+专业+职业”三位一体的培养模式。并指出,对于地方财经类高校,要想优化专业学位研究生培养,应当制定具有职业导向的培养方案、突出课程体系的应用性和职业性以及加强实践基地建设、完善产业导师制等。

Strengthening the practicality and training the occupational ability have become the main direction of the training mode reform of professional degree postgraduates in local financial and economic universities.Through the questionnaire survey of 1040 professional degree postgraduates and the interview of 48 professional degree postgraduates in 6 local finance and economics universities,the first-hand data are obtained.Statistical analysis shows that there are some problems in the training of professional degree postgraduates,such as disconnection from industrial demand,inadequate training of practical ability,lack of career orientation and weak quality assurance system.The qualitative study based on the grounded theory found that the three core factors affecting the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in local financial and economic universities are“industry”,“profession”and“occupation”.Based on the theory of industryuniversity cooperation and the theory of person-job matching,this paper analyzes the internal relationship among industry,profession and occupation,constructs the training mode of“industry+profession+occupation”,and puts forward that:for the local finance and economics universities,in order to optimize the training of professional degree graduates,should formulate a career-oriented training plan,highlight the application and professionalism of the curriculum system,strengthen the construction of practice bases,and improve the industrial tutorial system,and so on.
