绿氢在中国工业领域应用现状与前景

Application status and prospects of green hydrogen in China’s industrial field

绿氢在中国工业领域的应用目前仍处于工业示范或研究阶段,预计绿氢替代灰氢或蓝氢2030年为过渡阶段,2060年将大规模进入工业领域主流程。绿氢在中国工业领域大规模应用存在绿氢价格高于化石能源制氢和工业副产氢价格、技术基础薄弱、电-氢-电的氢储能系统效率相对较低以及政策和标准体系不完善等制约因素。绿氢在中国工业领域的应用将对相关产业产生深远影响,国家应提早部署和谋划,加大支持先进适用技术研发和产业化攻关的力度,尽快开展绿氢在电力、钢铁、石油化工、煤化工等工业领域的应用示范,支持布局建设绿氢跨区域输送设施,完善财政金融支持政策、监管制度和标准体系。

The application of green hydrogen in Chinese industry is still at the stage of industrial demonstration or research currently,and it is expected that before 2030 when green hydrogen would replace gray hydrogen or blue hydrogen will be the transitional stage,and it will enter the main process of industrial field on a large scale in 2060.There are constraints such as the price of green hydrogen is higher than the price of fossil fuel hydrogen production and industrial hydrogen by-product,weak technical foundation,relatively low efficiency of electric-hydrogen-electricity energy storage system,and imperfect policy and standard system for large-scale application of green hydrogen in Chinese industry.The application of green hydrogen in Chinese industry will have a far-reaching impact on related industries.The State should make early deployment and planning,increase support for the research and development of advanced and applicable technologies and industrialization,carry out the demonstration of the application of green hydrogen in the industrial fields of electric power,iron and steel,petrochemical industry,and coal chemical industry as soon as possible,support the layout and construction of cross-regional transmission facilities of green hydrogen,and improve the fiscal and financial support policies,regulatory system,and standard system.
