摘要
在新冠肺炎全球蔓延和国际油价暴跌的双重影响下,石油装备企业遭遇前所未有的困境。面对需求急剧萎缩、项目执行遇阻、海外市场开发中断等难题,石油装备企业需找准提质增效突破口,变"熬冬"为"冬训",最大限度地确保生产经营持续发展。石油装备企业应对困境的策略:紧贴客户需求,稳收增收;抓住消费降级契机,抢夺下沉市场;提供"一站式"解决方案,降低客户成本;提供增值服务,提升客户体验;加大业务财务融合;清理盘活资产提高流动性以及精细化风险防控。
The outbreak of COVID-19 and plunging oil price have made petroleum equipment enterprises into unprecedented difficulties.In the face of such problems as sharp shrinkage of demand,obstruction of project execution,and interruption of overseas market development,petroleum equipment enterprises need to find a breakthrough in improving quality and efficiency,change crisis into opportunity,and ensure the sustainable development of production and operation.This paper discusses solutions from perspective of keeping close to customer demand for stable revenue growth,seizing the opportunity of consumption downgrade and grabbing the sinking market,providing"one-stop"solutions to reduce customer costs,providing value-added services to enhance customer experience,increasing business and financial integration,clearing up and activating assets to improve liquidity;and refining risk management and control.
