高校转型发展背景下地方本科法学实践课程教学改革研究——从法科生实务能力培养的角度

Research on Teaching Reform of Law Practice course under the Background of Transition and Development of Local Universities——From the Perspective of Training Legal Students’ Ability

加强法科生实务能力培养是地方本科高校法学教育转型发展的应有之义,地方本科高校法学实践课程教学改革是提升法科生实务能力的必然要求。地方本科高校转型发展背景下,法学实践课程教学存在一些问题,应从以下几方面改革:科学设置法学实践课程教学目标、标准和内容;法学专家和院系主要领导总体规划,精心组织法学实践课程教学,克服教学的不规范化倾向;加强法学实践课程教学监管;加强校内和校外师资队伍建设;建立法学实践课程教学基地、中心和平台;健全法学实践课程教学及其效果的评价与激励约束机制,实现促进学生实务能力提升,以服务地方经济社会发展的目的。

Strengthening the training of law students’practical ability is the proper meaning of the transformation and development of law education in local universities.The reform of law practice course teaching in local universities is the inevitable requirement of improving law students’practical ability.Under the background of transition and development of local universities this paper analyzes some problems existing in law practice course teaching,and puts forward that the teaching of law practice course should be reformed from the following aspects:scientifically setting up the teaching objective,standard and content of law practice course;Legal experts and major leaders of colleges and departments make an overall plan,carefully organize the teaching of law practice courses,and overcome the non-standard tendency of teaching;Strengthening the supervision of law practice course teaching;Strengthening the construction of teachers within and outside the local universities;establishing legal practice teaching base,center and platform;Perfecting the evaluation,incentive and restraint mechanism of law practice course teaching.The purpose of promoting students’practical ability is to serve local economic and social development.
