导向提升研究生创新能力的学术交流模式探讨

Perspectives on the modes of academic communications aiming at improving the innovative skills of graduate students

提高研究生创新能力是培养高层次人才、建设创新型国家的关键,而学术交流是提高研究生创新能力的重要途径。目前,越来越多的高校开展了形式多样的学术交流活动,也取得了一些令人满意的成果,然而也存在一些亟待解决的突出问题,如研究生参与程度低、学术交流内容单一、管理制度不健全等。本文从学术交流的角度切入,针对当前研究生学术交流及其在研究生创新能力培养方面存在的诸多问题,结合现有的成功经验,探讨构建"四位一体"的学术交流模式,着力提高研究生创新能力。

Improvement of the innovative skills of graduate students is critical to cultivate high-end talents and construct innovative nation.Academic communication is an important approach to improve the innovative skills of graduate students.Nowadays,more and more universities start a diverse set of academic communication activities,which also produce some satisfactory outcomes.However,some urgent problems remain unsolved,including low participation,boring academic contents and poor supporting management systems.This work aims to improve the innovative skills of graduate students.To this end,we discuss the establishment of novel academic communication modes on the basis of some successful experiences,thereby trying to address the problems raised in the current academic communications.
