摘要
"平远"舰是中国船政历史上建造的唯一一艘装甲军舰,代表了当时船政乃至中国国产军舰的最高水准。这艘军舰的诞生过程十分曲折,外观特征也曾发生过较大变化,后来进入北洋海军服役,曾参加过甲午战争,战败后被日军俘虏。本文重点考察"平远"舰的设计、建造渊源,以及不同时期的外观和武备变化,同时对"平远"舰的舰史进行叙述。
"Pingyuan"was the only armored warship in the history of the Fuzhou Arsenal,and represented the highest level of technological sophistication in China at the time.Its construction encountered significant difficulties and experienced many changes to its outward appearance.It went on to serve the Beiyang Fleet but was captured by the Japanese after China’s defeat during the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895.This paper focuses on the design and ideas behind the construction of the"Pingyuan",as well as changes in appearance and defense preparations during the different periods of its turbulent history.
