公安机关及其民警要将习近平关于公安工作重要讲话精神贯彻落实到全部公安工作之中。公安教育训练工作是公安工作之中具有基础性先导性战略性的工作,贯彻落实习近平关于公安工作的重要讲话精神尤其必要。公安学科、专业、课程、教材与科研工作是支撑公安教育训练工作的5个基本环节,且有机地联系在一起。因此,从这5个方面入手,找准着力点,发现其存在的问题,提出相应解决办法,才能保障公安教育训练工作贯彻习近平讲话精神目标的顺利实现。

The public security organs and police officers should implement the spirit of Xi Jinping’s important speech on public security work in all public security work.The education and training of police is a basic,leading,and strategic work in public security work,so it is especially necessary to implement the spirit of Jinping’s important speech on public security work.The public security disciplines,majors,courses,teaching materials,and scientific research are the five fundamental and interconnected elements supporting the education and training of police.Therefore,only by starting from these five aspects,identifying the focuses,discovering the existing problems and proposing corresponding solutions,can we guarantee the smooth realization in implementing the spirit of Xi Jinping’s speech on education and training of police.
