以榜样的力量铸牢忠诚警魂——关于公安英模案例库建设与学警思政教育的思考

Building Loyal Police Spirit with the Mental Strength of Heroic Models:Ideas about Construction of a Case Base for Police Heroic Models and Ideological and Political Education for Student Police

以公安队伍中的英雄模范为榜样,对公安院校学警开展思想政治教育,是铸牢忠诚警魂的重要途径。立足地方资源,结合公安院校性质和学警特点,以贵州公安队伍中的先进典型为榜样来源,以贵州公安队伍英雄模范的品质特征为基础,论述建设公安英模案例库的重大意义、案例选取原则和分类、案例编写基本要求。结合教学实践,依托该案例库创新理论教学形式,充分调动学警的学习主动性,实现理论课堂育人;充分挖掘实践资源,开展多类实践教学,实现实践育人;充分打造特色校园活动,形成浓厚的公安特色校园文化,实现文化育人。

Taking the heroic models in public security troops as examples in the ideological and political education for students of police colleges is an important way to build loyal police spirit.Based on local resources,the nature of police colleges as well as the characteristics of the student police,this paper stresses the necessity to choose the advanced models from Guizhou public security troops as the source,the characteristics of the heroes’intrinsic quality in Guizhou public security troops as the foundation,and then discusses the significance in construction of a case base for police heroic models,the principles and classifications for case selection,and the basic requirements for case compiling.Relying on the case base,the objectives for the ideological and political education will be achieved through innovating the theoretical teaching forms and fully mobilizing students’learning initiative in classroom teaching,fully excavating practical resources and carrying out multiple practical measures in practical training,as well as providing cultural education for students by means of organizing special campus activities and constructing campus culture with police characteristics.
