绿色创业能提高农户农业创业绩效吗?

Can green entrepreneurship improve the performance of farmers’agricultural entrepreneurship?

提高农户创业绩效是深入实施乡村振兴战略的内在要求。基于陕西和山西788户创业农户调查数据,运用多元线性回归模型和分位数回归模型,实证检验绿色创业对农户农业创业绩效及其3个维度绩效的影响。结果表明:1)绿色创业显著正向影响农户农业创业绩效,且对不同分位数水平下的农户农业创业绩效均具有显著正向影响,其中对创业绩效低的农户提升幅度最大,对创业绩效中等的农户提高幅度最小。2)绿色创业显著正向影响农户农业创业经济绩效、环境绩效和社会绩效,且对不同分位数水平下的农户农业创业3个维度绩效都具有显著正向影响,其中对3个维度绩效低的农户影响最大,对3个维度绩效高的农户影响最小。因此,绿色创业不仅可提升农户农业创业绩效,还可缩小农户农业创业经济绩效、环境绩效和社会绩效的差距,绿色创业成为提升农户农业创业绩效的有效模式。

Improving farmers’entrepreneurial performance is the inherent requirement for the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the survey data of 788 entrepreneurial farmers in Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces,we use multiple linear regression model and quantile regression model to empirically test the impact of green entrepreneurship on farmers’agricultural entrepreneurship performance and its three dimensions.The results show that green entrepreneurship has a significant positive effect on farmers’agricultural entrepreneurship performance,and positively impacts farmers’agricultural entrepreneurship performance at different quantile levels.Among them,the improvement is the largest for farmers with low entrepreneurship performance and the smallest for those with medium entrepreneurship performance.Green entrepreneurship significantly positively influences the economic performance,environmental performance and social performance of farmers’agricultural entrepreneurship,and positively impacts the three dimensions of farmers’agricultural entrepreneurship performance at different quantile levels.Among them,it greatly impacts farmers with low performance,and has the smallest effect on those with high performance.Therefore,green entrepreneurship can not only improve the performance of farmers’agricultural entrepreneurship,but also narrow the gap of economic performance,environmental performance and social performance of farmers’agricultural entrepreneurship.Green entrepreneurship becomes an effective model to improve the performance of farmers’agricultural entrepreneurship.
