生态宜居视角下的黄土高原乡村建设质量评价——以陇东地区为例 被引量:1

Evaluation of rural construction quality in Loess Plateau from the perspective of ecological livability: A case of Longdong area

摘要 探索兼顾系统性、动态性和实践性的乡村建设质量评价体系,科学测度黄土高原生态宜居水平,对乡村高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。基于PSR理论框架构建了黄土高原乡村建设质量评价模型,应用组合赋权和模糊综合评价法,从乡村压力、状态、响应3个维度、12个因素、39项指标层面进行实证研究。结果表明:陇东黄土高原乡村建设质量为良好偏一般,有较大的提升潜力;劳动生产压力、休憩游乐压力、生活居住响应以及劳动生产状态是制约黄土高原乡村建设质量的主要因素;文中构建的评价模型及指标体系能客观指明乡村的动态发展,具备较强的操作性和较好的实用性。 It is of great practical significance for high-quality rural development to explore a systematic,dynamic and practical rural construction quality evaluation system and scientifically measure the ecological livability level of the Loess Plateau.Based on the theoretical framework of PSR,the model for evaluation of rural construction quality in the Loess Plateau was constructed,and weighting and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods were used to conduct empirical research from three dimensions of rural pressure,state and response by 12 factors and 39 indicators.The results show that the quality of rural construction in the Longdong area in Loess Plateau is good to general and has great potential for improvement.Labor production pressure,rest amusement pressure,living response and labor production status are the main factors restricting the quality of rural construction in the Loess Plateau.The evaluation model and index system constructed in this paper can objectively indicate the dynamic development of rural areas and have strong operability and good practicability.
