基于TAM框架的农户土地流转行为影响因素研究——基于山西省欠发达地区5307份农户样本

Analysis of farmers’ land transfer behavior based on technology acceptance model

分析欠发达地区土地流转行为的影响因素,揭示其影响机理,可为加快欠发达地区土地流转,完善流转政策提供有益参考。文章基于技术接受模型理论,利用山西省欠发达地区5307份农户样本,应用结构方程模型揭示农户土地流转行为的影响机理。结果表明:1)感知有用性和感知易用性对农户土地流转行为产生正向影响,感知有用性的作用效应强于感知易用性,其中经济感知有用性的作用效应最强。2)家庭环境、社会环境及土地环境通过影响农户土地流转感知而间接影响其土地流转行为。3)农户土地流转行为的决策路径为:外部环境因素→感知有用性→土地流转行为;外部环境因素→感知易用性→土地流转行为;外部环境→感知易用性→感知有用性→土地流转行为。由此可见,基于特定环境所形成的感知有用性和感知易用性会对土地流转行为产生显著影响。因此推动土地流转,应当立足当地实际,重点提增土地流转的经济效益,提升流转交易的便捷度。

Exploring the factors influencing land transfer behavior in less-developed areas is beneficial for promoting land transfer and perfecting the transfer policies.Based on the theory of technology acceptance model(TAM),we use 5307 farmer samples from underdeveloped areas in Shanxi province,and apply structural equation model(SEM)to recognize key factors that impact farmers’land transfer behavior and reveal the impact mechanism.The results show that:1)Both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively impact land transfer behavior,of which the effect of perceived usefulness is stronger than that of perceived ease of use,especially the perceived usefulness of economy tops the impact intensity.2)Family environment,social environment and land environment indirectly influence farmers’land transfer behavior by affecting their perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.3)The decision-making paths of farmers’land transfer behavior are as follows:external environment→perceived usefulness→land transfer behavior,external environment→perceived ease of use→land transfer behavior,external environment→perceived ease of use→perceived usefulness→land transfer behavior.Obviously,perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use which are based on a specific environment have a significant impact on land transfer behavior,and should be in the priority of land transfer management.
