中国工业用水强度收敛性的门槛效应分析 被引量:9

Threshold effect of the convergence of industrial water use intensity in China

摘要 以2000-2017年中国大陆地区30个省份为研究对象,以工业用水强度表示工业用水效率,建立面板门槛收敛模型分析中国工业用水强度的收敛特征。结果表明:我国省际工业用水强度收敛具有显著的门槛效应。条件β收敛形式的工业用水强度收敛速度比绝对β收敛形式的工业用水强度收敛速度更快,但是绝对β收敛形式的门槛效应比条件β收敛形式的门槛效应更为明显。经济发展水平和产业结构升级在绝对β收敛和条件β收敛下均具有门槛效应;城镇化、环境规制仅在绝对β收敛形式具有明显的门槛效应;对外开放度仅在条件β收敛形式下具有门槛效应;技术进步在工业用水强度收敛过程中不具有显著的门槛效应。 30 provinces in China's Mainland were taken as research objects,and industrial water use efficiency was represented by industrial water use intensity,a panel threshold convergence model was established to analyze the convergence characteristics of China’s industrial water use intensity from 2000 to 2017.The results show that the convergence of industrial water intensity in China showed a significant threshold effect.The convergence rate of industrial water use intensity in the form of conditionalβconvergence was faster than that in the form of absoluteβconvergence,but the threshold effect of absoluteβconvergence was more obvious than that of conditionalβconvergence.Both the level of economic development and the upgrading of industrial structure had threshold effect under the condition of absoluteβconvergence and conditionalβconvergence;urbanization and environmental regulation had obvious threshold effect only in the form of absoluteβconvergence;opening degree had threshold effect only in the form of conditionalβconvergence,while technological progress had no significant threshold effect in the process of industrial water intensity convergence.
