农户生活垃圾分类处理意愿及行为研究——基于陕西试点与非试点地区的比较

Willingness and behavior of household rural household garbage classification and treatment

农村生活垃圾分类处理是实现生活垃圾减量化、资源化及无害化利用的关键。基于陕西农村生活垃圾分类处理及资源化利用试点与非试点地区的调查,对农村生活垃圾分类处理中的农户分类意愿及行为开展研究。根据试点与非试点区的描述性统计,分析农户分类意愿及行为的差异化特征,在此基础上探究农户分类意愿及行为的影响因素。研究结果表明:农村生活垃圾分类处理及资源化利用试点的推行对于农户分类意愿及行为均产生正向的显著影响;农户环境关心水平显著正向影响其分类意愿及行为;家庭人口数显著负向影响农户分类意愿,农户的年龄显著负向影响其分类行为,其他的个体和家庭特征对农户垃圾分类意愿及行为没有显著影响。

The classification and treatment of rural household garbage is the key to realize the reduction,recycling and harmless utilization of household garbage.Based on the investigation of rural household garbage classification treatment and resource utilization in pilot and non-pilot areas of Shaanxi province,classification intention and behavior of households in rural household garbage classification treatment were studied.Based on the descriptive statistics of pilot and non-pilot areas,we analyzed the differentiated characteristics of farmers’classification intention and behavior,and on this basis explored the influencing factors of farmers’classification intention and behavior.The results show that:(1)The implementation of the pilot project of rural household garbage classification and resource utilization has a significant positive impact on the willingness and behavior of household classification.(2)The level of environmental concern of farmers has a significant positive impact on their classification intention and behavior.(3)Household population has a significant negative impact on household classification intention,and household age has a significant negative impact on household classification behavior.Other individual and family characteristics have no significant impact on household garbage classification intention and behavior.
