摘要
采集新疆12个县市50个西甜瓜样品,测定Pb、Cr、As这3种重金属元素,通过单因子污染指数(Pi)、内梅罗综合污染指数(P综合)分析新疆主产区西甜瓜重金属含量特征。结果表明,新疆产区西甜瓜中Pb、Cr、As三种元素的平均含量水平均低于食品中污染物限量(GB2762-2017),Pb、Cr、As这三种元素的Pi算术平均值低于1;西瓜的内梅罗综合污染指数水平大于甜瓜,根据西甜瓜Pi和P综合的结果,新疆产区西甜瓜中Pb、Cr、As的含量在安全范围之内,没有被Pb、Cr、As这三种重金属元素污染。
In this study,50 watermelons and melons were collected from 12 counties and cities of Xinjiang for analysis of 3 heavy metals: Pb, Cr, As. A combination of single factor evaluation and Nemero Index analysis were applied to analyze the characteristic of the heavy metal content of watermelons and melons in Xinjiang region. The results show that the average contents of Pb, Cr and As in watermelon and melon in Xinjiang are below the limits of relevant standards. The comprehensive pollution index of watermelon is higher than that of melon. The results of single factor pollution index and comprehensive pollution index show that the contents of Pb, Cr and As in watermelon and melon in Xinjiang are within the safe range and have not been polluted by the outside environment.
