弘扬“五种精神”,发挥基层工会在精神文明建设中的引领作用——以某高校图书馆工会为例

Carrying Forward the"Five Spirits"and Playing the Leading Role of Grass-roots Trade Unions in the Construction of Spiritual Civilization:Taking the Example of a Trade Union of University Library

党的二十大提出在全社会弘扬劳动精神、奋斗精神、奉献精神、创造精神、勤俭节约精神,这为高校基层工会提高职工思想道德素质、引领单位风采风貌提供了根本遵循。本文分析了“五种精神”的科学内涵,指出劳动精神的核心地位,并结合基层工作实际,探究高校基层工会在弘扬“五种精神”中的职责、现状和不足之处,提出把握主体性逻辑、协调整体和部分的关系、处理内部和外部关系等意见建议。

The 20th Party Congress proposed to promote the spirit of labor,the spirit of struggle,the spirit of dedication,the spirit of creativity,diligence,thrift and economy in the whole society,which provides a fundamental guideline for the grass-roots trade unions of colleges and universities to improve the ideological and moral quality of the workers and lead the unit style and appearance.The paper analyzes the scientific connotation of the Five Spirits,points out the core status of the spirit of labor,and combines with the actual grass-roots work,explores the responsibilities,status quo and shortcomings of grass-roots trade unions of colleges and universities in promoting the Five Spirits,and puts forward a proposal of grasping the logic of subjectivity,coordinating the relationship between the whole and the parts,dealing with internal and external issues,and promoting the spirit of work and morality.It also explores the responsibilities,status quo and shortcomings of grass-roots trade unions in promoting the Five Spirits,and puts forward suggestions on grasping the logic of subjectivity,harmonizing the relationship between the whole and the parts,and dealing with the relationship between the internal and external.
