摘要
PBL教学法是一种以问题为导向的学习方法,提倡以日常生活工作中的真实问题为依据,充分发挥调动学员的主观能动性,主动搜集、分析并解决问题,注重小组讨论与人际沟通交流和思辨能力。问题的选择与设计是PBL教学法的核心,教师在设计问题时要注重学员能力差异,从真实情境中选择合适案例。新时代,传统教学方法逐渐难以适应工会干部的教育培训需要,PBL教学方法可以提高教学质量,完善评价机制,推动工会干部教育培训工作高质量发展。
PBL teaching method is a kind of problem-oriented learning method,which advocates taking real problems in daily life and work as the basis,giving full play to mobilizing the subjective initiative of the trainees,taking the initiative to collect,analyze and solve the problems,and focusing on the group discussion and interpersonal communication and exchange and discursive ability.Problem selection and design is the core of PBL teaching method,teachers should pay attention to the ability difference of students when designing problems,and select suitable cases from real situations.In the new era,traditional teaching methods are gradually difficult to adapt to the education and training needs of trade union cadres,and the PBL teaching method can improve the quality of teaching,improve the evaluation mechanism,and promote the high-quality development of education and training of trade union cadres.
