摘要
面向未来的TOD模式十分重视轨道站点地区的创新人群集聚和创新功能发展,由此带来了创新街区模式和TOD模式规划理念及原则的融合趋势。创新街区模式和TOD模式均重视依托轨道站点塑造良好的空间环境,都具有推动创新功能发展的意图。以美国波士顿肯德尔广场为例,从TOD模式的视角出发,总结轨道站点地区促进创新资源和创新活动集聚、融合TOD理念进行创新街区规划的方法经验,提出了融合TOD模式与创新街区模式的圈层布局结构、依托轨道站点构建创新要素集聚的中心、以轨道站点为中心构建服务创新的公共空间网络的规划建议,以期为创新街区的发展提供更加丰富的手段。
The future-oriented TOD mode places significant emphasis on the aggregation of innovative people and the development of innovative functions around rail station areas.This has led to a trend of integrating the planning concepts and principles of innovation district mode and the TOD mode.Both the innovation district mode and the TOD mode prioritize creating a high-quality spatial environment based on rail stations,with the intention of promoting the development of innovative functions.Base on the case study of Kendall Square in Boston,USA,from the perspective of the TOD mode,the methods and experiences of planning innovation district to promote the aggregation of innovative resources and activities around rail station areas are summarized.Planning recommendations include the integration of TOD and innovation district mode through a concentric layout structure,constructing a center for the aggregation of innovative elements based on rail stations,and establishing a public space network that serves innovation with the rail station at its core.These insights aim to provide richer means for the development of innovation district.
