Evaluation of Advantages and Disadvantages of Public Transport Service Level in Hefei City

公共交通的出行优劣势会影响其分担率,利用开放地图数据,构建公共交通服务水平优劣势评价模型,并以合肥市为例,通过出行成本指数、公交出行与自驾出行成本差距指数、公交出行时间效率比和公交出行换乘指数的计算,对比公共交通与私人交通出行成本,评价公共交通出行效率,定量分析公共交通网络服务的优劣势,得出的结论可为提高公共交通服务效率和公平性提供建议。

The advantages and disadvantages of public transportation compared with private transportation will affect its sharing rate.Using open map data,an evaluation model for the advantages and disadvantages of public transport service level is built.Taking Hefei city as a case,the travel costs of public transport and private transport is compared by calculating the travel cost index,the cost gap index between public transport and self-driving travel,the time efficiency ratio of public transport and the transit transfer index,the efficiency of public transport is evaluated,and the the advantages and disadvantages of public transport network services are quantitative analysied.The conclusions can provide suggestions for improving the efficiency and fairness of public transport services.
