未来社区理念下温州市富春社区规划设计探讨

Fuchun Community Planning and Design Based on Future Community Theory, Wenzhou

浙江省在2019年首次从顶层设计层面提出未来社区理念,并公布了全省首批24个未来社区试点项目名单。文章以未来社区的场景系统为切入点,解读其"一心、三化、九场景"的内涵,并以首批试点之一的温州市富春社区为例,梳理、总结了其在未来社区实践中的规划策略,如选择适宜的空间布局模式、构建便捷高效的交通模式、采用低碳可持续技术、合理布局公共服务配套设施和运用数字化管理手段等,探讨符合未来社区理念的规划建设思路。

Zhejiang Province has proposed the concept of future community at top-level design domain and issued 24 experimental sites since 2019.The paper analyzes the connotation and characters od"one core,three aspects,nine scenarios"in future communities,and concludes the planning strategies in the practice of Longwan Fuchun Community which is one of the first-experimental communities:choosing suitable spatial pattern,connecting efficient transportation modes,adopting low carbon technology,arranging rational public service facilities,and using digital management approach etc.Discussing ways of planning and construction fulfilled future community concept through this paper.
