近年来,我国很多城市开展了城市风貌导则的编制工作,对城市建筑风貌进行系统的引导和管控,以加强对建筑设计的管理、保护城市历史文化风貌、提高城市设计水平。文章对《西宁市城市建筑风貌导则(试行)》进行深入分析,对城市建筑风貌的引导体系和实施应用进行系统化总结,提出规划应重视风貌管控要素作为管理工具的指导作用、与相关规划的衔接作用等建议,以更好地指导城市建筑的设计与建设。

In recent years,China’s cities have compiled of urban features guide rules,hope to enhance the management of urban buildings design,protect urban historical and cultural features,enhance the level of urban design.By analyzing the control system and implement of Xi’ning Urban Buildings Features Guide Rule,the paper summarizes the guide system and its implementation and application,puts forward the suggestion about features control elements and different plans,guides the design of urban buildings.
