长春都市圈西北部生态安全屏障建设策略

A Study on Ecological Security Barrier Construction in the Northwestern Area of Changchun Metropolitan Area

建设并筑牢生态安全屏障是我国建设生态文明的重要举措之一。当前,长春都市圈西北部地区生态问题相对较为突出,已成为区域生态安全短板所在。文章以补齐区域生态短板为问题导向,基于生态安全屏障建设重要空间识别结果,将研究区分为生态重点治理区和生态功能提升区,提出生态安全屏障分区建设内容;以提升全域生态安全保障水平为目标导向,基于全域生态安全格局构建,提出"点—廊—带—网"相结合的生态安全屏障分类建设内容;提出相应的配套保障措施,以切实保障区域生态安全和粮食安全,助推长春都市圈高质量、可持续发展。文章为区域生态安全屏障建设研究提供了较为可行的思路,并为生态相关的国土空间规划提供了有益参考。

Ecological security barrier construction is an important measure of ecological civilization construction in China.Presently ecological problems in northwestern Changchun metropolitan area has become a shortcoming of regional ecological security.Based on the recognition of important ecological spaces,the paper divides the study area into ecological restoration key region and ecological functions promotion region,and puts forwards problem-oriented construction measures.To further improve ecological security and overall layout construction,the paper proposes node-corridor-belt-network classification construction and correspondent insurance measures.It will guarantee ecological and food security of the region and promotes high quality and sustainable development of Changchun metropolitan area.The study provides a feasible approach for the study of regional ecological security barrier construction,and a reference for the related ecological national territory spatial planning.
