不可移动文物和历史建筑整体保护理念及体系建立初探

Primary Investigation of the Establishing A Uniform Concept and System of Preserving Immovable Cultural Heritage and Historical Architecture Integrally

近年来,随着社会经济的发展,我国对于不可移动的文化遗产的认知水平和保护能力都得到了极大的提高。一些西方国家在长达几个世纪的探索和实践中,已经形成了相对完整的遗产保护体系,我国的遗产保护工作也对其进行了诸多学习和借鉴,形成了我国自己的遗产保护体系。然而,现行的针对不可移动文化遗产的保护体系还存在概念重叠、管理分化、不能与国际接轨等问题。本文通过对西方和我国不可移动文化遗产保护体系形成历史的梳理和对比,以及现行保护工作中存在问题的分析,来探讨我国当下不可移动文化遗产保护体系中有待完善的地方。

This paper will illustrate and compare the development of architectural heritage conservation system in China with that of western countries,and uncover the problems existed in the protection system,so as to discuss about the deficiency of our current conservation and management systems.We propose that the concept of preserve immovable cultural heritage and historical architecture integrally and the establishment of auniform system of evaluation and preservation.
