北京西城月坛地区城市历史风貌保护的思考

Conservation of Urban Historic Features of Yuetan Area

追溯月坛地区发展的历史,总结新中国成立以来规划建设的探索实践,为今天留下了宝贵的城市遗产,如混合功能、职住平衡的布局方式,小街区、密路网、开放街区理念,运用当时城市规划理论、适应经济社会发展水平需要的居住区规划、住宅设计及建造等等。面向未来,提出重视功能要素、适度融合发展、丰富文化内涵,强化公共空间要素、织补道路和开放空间、完善林荫绿道,保存建筑要素、整体保护风貌、突出街区特色等规划建议。

Tracing back the exploration and practice of urban planning and construction since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Yuetan area has left valuable urban heritage for today.Such as functional mixing,balanced layout of working and housing,small block,dense network,block opening,application of urban planning theory at that time,residential area planning to meet the needs of economic and social development,residential design and construction,and so on.This paper also provides conservation planning ideas for Yuetan area to future urban renewal,such as paying attention to functional elements,moderately integrating development,enriching cultural connotation,strengthening public space elements,weaving roads and open spaces,improving tree lined greenways,preserving building elements,overall protecting historic features and highlighting street features.
