北京西城街道设计导则编制的探索与思考

Research and Reflection on the Compilation of Beijing Xicheng Streetscape Design Guidelines

我国城市发展进入城市更新的新时期,街道作为城市公共空间的重要组成部分,是城市更新的重要研究内容,北京西城最为首都功能核心区的组成部分,其街道胡同的重要性不言而喻。本文分析了西城街道更新面对的价值分异、空间杂糅、管理交叠等现状困难,在分析借鉴国际大都市街道胡同设计导则经验基础上,初步提出西城街道设计导则的应对措施,包括承上启下、价值引导、创新分类、政策集成等,并进一步指出导则应该是一个街道更新建设的行动纲领和指导手册,而不是一部单一的技术规范。

China’s urban development has entered a new era of urban renewal.As an important part of urban public space,streets are an important research content of urban renewal.Beijing Xicheng District is the most important part of the core area of the capital function,and the importance of its streets is self-evident.This paper analyses the current difficulties faced by the renewal of Streets in Xicheng District,such as value differentiation,space miscellaneous,management overlapping and so on.On the basis of analyzing the experience of international metropolitan street design guidelines,Xicheng Streetscape Design Guidelines preliminarily puts forward the corresponding measures of,including connecting the preceding with the following,value guidance,innovation classification,policy integration etc.It is pointed out that the guideline should be a programme of action and handbook for the renewal and construction of streets,rather than a single technical norm.
