摘要
2017年9月,中共中央国务院批复了《北京城市总体规划(2016年-2035年)》,标志着北京城市发展和建设进入了新阶段,对北京老城城市更新也提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,本文试从北京老城城市更新发展阶段和公众参与现状及问题分析着手,通过对比丹麦和北京两个案例,提出了若干加强新阶段北京老城城市更新公众参与工作的建议。
In September 2017,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council approved the Beijing city master plan(2016-2035),marking that the urban development and construction of Beijing has entered a new stage,which also puts forward higher requirements for the renewal of the old city area of Beijing.In this context,this paper tries to start with the analysis of the development stage of old city area renewal in Beijing and the current situation and problems of public participation.By comparing two cases of Denmark and Beijing,this paper summarizes some suggestions on strengthening the public participation in the renewal of old city area in Beijing in the new stage.
