老城复杂系统的集合影响力保护更新实践——以北京西城大栅栏更新计划为例

The Collective Impact and Crossover Revival Practice of the Old City Complex System: Illustrated by the Example of Dashlar Project

老城作为复杂系统,其保护更新需要在一个复杂的顶层体系之下协调各界不同主体的参与,而集合影响力作为打破孤立的影响力而联结大规模跨部门协作共同解决社会问题的社会创新方法,是解决老城复杂系统非常有效的一种创新方式。本文通过解读描述老城复杂系统的表现与特征,以北京老城大栅栏、法源寺、北京坊等街区为案例,解读如何构建老城复杂系统的顶层设计与影响力机制,通过集合影响力的寻求最优解、(北京国际设计周)城市策展与大事件影响力的社会创新实践,寻求针对通过集合影响力进行中国老城保护更新的有益模式,并针对其他老城案例的复杂体系适应性模式作出有益探讨。

As a complex system,the old city conversation and rerival needs to coordinate the different party’s parcipation,in a complex top-level design system.The collective impact,as a social innovation method that breaks the influence of isolation and links large-scale inter-departmental collaboration to solve social problems,is an effective way to solve the complex system of the old city.By define and describing the performance and characteristics of the complex system of the old city,this paper takes the Dashilar,Beijing Fun and Fayuansi historc area project in Beijing as an example to explain how to construct the top-level design and socal impact mechanism of the complex system of the old city,through the collective search for the optimal solution,the(Beijing Design Week)city curatorial and the social innovation practice of the influence of the big event.Seeking the useful model for the protection and renewal of China’s old city through the collective impact,and making useful discussions on the complex system adaptability model of other old city cases.
