对太原市综合交通枢纽发展的思考

Thoughts on the Development of Comprehensive Transportation Hub in Taiyuan City

随着《国家综合立体交通网规划纲要》的出台,太原市作为全国性综合交通枢纽城市之一,提升交通枢纽功能、优化交通枢纽布局成为当务之急。本文通过梳理太原市交通枢纽发展历程,总结太原市交通枢纽发展面临的问题及机遇,紧扣太原市城市发展及客货运发展需求,研判太原市综合交通枢纽发展趋势,优化枢纽布局,实现内外客运组织的快速转换与便捷集散以及货运网络的降本增效,并从融合发展角度提出太原市枢纽规划布局、运营管理和服务的建议,促进枢纽设施用地与城市功能的协调发展。

With the promulgation of the"Outline of National Comprehensive Threedimensional Traffic Network Planning",as one of the national comprehensive transportation hub cities,Taiyuan has become a top priority to improve the functions of the transportation hub and optimize the layout of the transportation hub.By combing the development history of Taiyuan’s transportation hub,this article summarizes the problems and opportunities faced by the development of Taiyuan’s transportation hub,closely following Taiyuan’s urban development and passenger and freight development needs,researching and judging the development trend of Taiyuan’s comprehensive transportation hub,optimizing the hub layout,realizing of rapid transformation and convenient distribution of internal and external passenger transport organizations and cost reduction and efficiency increase of freight transport network.And from the perspective of integrated development,it puts forward suggestions on the layout,operation management and service of Taiyuan Hub,promoting the coordinated development of hub facility land and urban functions.
