太原市汾河两岸空间活力重塑规划策略研究

Study on the Planning Strategy of Rebuilding the Spatial Vitality on Both Sides of Fenhe River in Taiyuan City

滨水地区作为城市的重要空间,往往是城市最具活力、最具灵性的标志性公共空间,承担着城市的生态、景观、游憩、航运、行洪、调蓄等多项功能。太原市拥有“三山环抱、一水中分”的独特地理格局,母亲河汾河穿城而过,孕育着这个拥有2500年建城史的太原城。经过历代城市建设者的不懈努力,汾河生态治理工作成效显著,但是面向新时代,汾河两岸在城市功能、景观风貌、道路交通等方面还需进一步提升。本文结合太原市汾河两岸活力提升的相关工作,借鉴一些国内城市的优秀案例,重点探讨汾河两岸空间活力重塑的规划策略,在汾河两岸城市功能更新、交通组织优化、文化品质提升、生态环境治理等方面提出建议。

As an important space of a city,waterfront area is the most dynamic and spiritual symbolic public space of the city,which undertakes many functions of the city,such as ecology,landscape,recreation,shipping,flood discharge,storage and so on.The mother river Fenhe River runs through the city,giving birth to this city with a history of 2,500 years.Through the unremitting efforts of urban builders of past dynasties,the ecological management of Fenhe River has achieved remarkable results.However,facing the new era,the urban functions,landscape features,road traffic and other aspects of Fenhe River need to be further improved.This paper combines the quality improvement project of Fenhe River in Taiyuan City,and draws lessons from some excellent cases of domestic cities.This paper focuses on the planning strategy of revitalization of the riverside area,and puts forward suggestions on urban function renewal,traffic optimization,cultural quality improvement,ecological management.
