济南市济阳区17岁以下少年儿童伤害流行情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the prevalence of child injuries in Jiyang District, Jinan City

目的了解济南市济阳区17岁以下少年儿童伤害发生情况。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,选取济南市济阳区3656名0~17岁少年儿童为调查对象,对其在一年中的伤害发生情况进行回顾性调查。结果济阳区少年儿童伤害发生率为6.40%,男性伤害发生率显著高于女性(χ^(2)=8.17,P<0.01)。随着年级的升高(年龄的增长),少年儿童伤害发生率也随之上升(χ^(2)=20.19,P<0.01)。少年儿童最易发生的伤害是跌倒/坠落,其次是动物伤。学生因伤缺课率为2.65%,因伤缺勤天数的75%位数为1天。结论伤害是影响少年儿童健康的主要问题之一,预防少年儿童伤害发生需要政府、学校、社区和家庭的共同行动。

Objective To know the occurrence of injuries among children below 17 years old in Jiyang District,Jinan City.Methods Multistage stratified random sampling method was used.3656 children aged 0~17 years in Jiyang District,Jinan City were selected.A retrospective survey of their injury occurrence in one year was done.Results The injury incidence rate of children in Jiyang District was 6.40%,and the injury incidence rate of boys was significantly higher than that of girls(χ^(2)=8.17,P<0.01).The incidence of childhood injuries increased with grade(age)(χ^(2)=20.19,P<0.01).The most frequent injury among children was falls,followed by animal injuries.The rate of students missing school due to injury was 2.65%,and the 75th percentile of days missed due to injury was 1 day.Conclusion Injuries are one of the major problems affecting children’s health.Prevention of childhood injuries requires joint action by the government,schools,communities and families.
