中国对韩国的民间外交探析

Exploring China’s Non-Governmental Diplomacy towards South Korea

中韩关系自建交以来在许多领域取得了迅猛发展,两国的民间外交也呈现着多向合作、多点开花的良好态势,成为官方外交的有力辅助工具。但近些年,两国关系因某些问题由“暖”变“冷”,导致两国民间对彼此的负面情绪有所上升,民间外交也因新冠疫情而出现步伐放缓的态势。本文主要就中国对韩国的民间外交特点和制约因素以及解决问题的途径进行简要分析和探讨。

Since the establishment of diplomatic ties,China-ROK relations have made rapid progress in multiple fields.The non-governmental diplomacy between the two countries also shows a good momentum of multi-directional cooperation and booming in multiple fields,which has become a powerful auxiliary tool of official diplomacy.However,in recent years,bilateral relations between the two countries have gone from“warm”to“cool”due to certain issues,which has led to an increase in negative sentiment towards each other among the people of the two countries,and the pace of people-to-people diplomacy has slowed down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the characteristics and constraints of China’s non-governmental diplomacy towards South Korea and the ways to solve the problems.
