Current Situation of Emergency Rescue System along the BRI Routes and Suggestions for Development

境外应急救援体系建设,是落实习近平主席相关指示,保护我国发展利益,推动海外利益保护的重要环节。本文结合境外中资企业和人员面临的安全风险形势,界定了境外应急救援的基本概念和内容,系统梳理当前“一带一路”沿线应急救援体系的现状,分析存在的主要问题,并提出相应的建议。

To implement President Xi Jinping’s instructions and build an overseas emergency rescue system are an important link in protecting China’s development interests and strengthening the protection of its overseas interests.Based on the security risk situation faced by overseas Chinese enterprises and personnel,this paper defines the basic concept and content of overseas emergency rescue,systematically analyzes the current situation of the emergency rescue system along the Belt and Road routes,and offers some suggestions for solving the problems.
