Models of Public Diplomacy: Centering Around Capital, State and Political Parties

当今世界波诡云谲,传统外交的转型迫在眉睫。在比较政治学的研究视角下,作为公共外交内在推动力的国家治理模式主要分为社会中心论、国家中心论与政党中心论三种类型。本文提出,外交作为内政的外延,公共外交存在国家治理模式的映射,具有资本中心主义、国家中心主义与政党中心主义三种模式。

Today’s world is full of twists and turns,and the transformation of traditional diplomacy has been imminent.From the perspective of comparative politics,the national governance model as the internal driving force of public diplomacy can be divided into three types:those centering on society,state and political parties.This paper puts forward the idea that as an extension of internal affairs,public diplomacy which as a reflection of national governance approach has three models:respectively centering on capital,state and political parties.
