The China-EU relations are one of the most important bilateral relations in the world today.Exchanges and cooperation between China and the EU have been in full swing not only on the official level,but also on the non-governmental level.The China-EU Seminar on Human Rights launched in 2015 has been a true reflection of extensive exchanges between China and the EU,and it has promoted multi-level as well as multi-field exchanges between the two sides.
