随着中国日益融入国际社会,深刻认识世界工业与全球化两大周期运动的内在规律与发展趋势,是建设好国家、正确处理国际关系与公共事务的基础与前提。本文深入解读了"双周期"运动,探讨了第四次工业—全球化周期个性特质与中国发展,并兼论了"特朗普现象",得出了"特朗普现象"是信仰与价值观的力量、中国模式是时代的心脏起搏器、青少年价值观关系人类命运等启示。

With China’s increasing integration into the international community,a deep understanding of the internal laws and development trends of the"double cycles"of the world’s industry and globalization is the basis and requirement for a country’s development and correct handling of international relations as well as public affairs.This paper interprets the"double-cycle"movement,examines the fourth industrial and globalization cycle’s characteristics and China’s development,and also discusses the"Trump phenomenon".The author arrives at the ideas that the Trump phenomenon indicates the strength of faith and values,the Chinese model is the pacemaker of the times,and that the values of youngsters underpins the fate of humanity.
