浅析来华留学生校友工作对“一带一路”民心相通的促进作用

Preliminary Analysis of the Role of Alumni Affairs Management of International Students in China in Promoting the People-to-People Exchange in the BRI

民心相通是"一带一路"建设的社会基础和长久保障。推动教育对外开放,开展来华留学教育,吸引更多国外的青年人来中国接受教育,为"一带一路"战略提供人才支撑和智力支持,为我国在世界格局中积累广泛的人脉,是实现民心相通的重要途径。留学生校友是世界了解中国的纽带,是国家间人文交流的载体,具有外交、技术、经济、人文等多种资源属性,发挥高校留学生教育和留学生校友管理工作的作用,可以夯实"一带一路"建设的民意基础,提高我国对外开放水平,为"一带一路"架起民心相通之桥。

People-to-people exchange is the social foundation and long-term guarantee for the development of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).Opening education to the outside world and accepting foreign students can provide talent and intellectual support for the BRI,establish a wide range of connections,and also build an important path to people-to-people exchange.Activities related to alumni of international students,as a link for the world to understand China and the carrier of people-to-people exchange between countries,bear the attributes of diplomacy,technology,economy,humanity and other resources.Giving a full play to the role of the education and alumni affairs management of international students in colleges and universities can consolidate public opinion’s foundation in the development of the BRI,elevate the level of China’s opening to the outside world,and build a bridge of people-to-people exchange for the BRI.
