台当局利用智库对美游说策略分析

An Analysis of Taiwan Authorities’ Strategies on Lobbying the U.S. by Using Think Tanks

台湾当局历来重视对美国的游说工作,多年来通过官方及民间等多种渠道持续对美国行政、立法部门展开游说。蔡英文上台以来,鉴于智库在美国对台政策出台制定及实施过程中的重要作用,台湾当局加大了对美国智库的游说力度,以期实现其"联美抗中"、推动渐进式"台独"的险恶目标。本文旨在通过分析蔡英文当局对美智库游说目标、游说手法及其影响,提出我国应对举措,粉碎台湾当局利用美国智库破坏两岸关系发展的图谋。

The Taiwan authorities have always attached great importance to lobbying the United States.For many years,they have been lobbying the executive and legislative branches of the United States government through various channels,official and private.Since Tsai Ing-wen came to power,in view of the important role of think tanks in the formulation and implementation of America’s Taiwan policy,the Taiwan authorities have increased their lobbying efforts on U.S.think tanks in order to achieve their sinister goals of"uniting the United States against China"and promoting gradual"Taiwan independence".This paper aims to analyze Tsai’s lobbying objectives,lobbying techniques and their influence,and propose China’s countermeasures to foil the Taiwan authorities’plot to use U.S.think tanks to undermine the development of cross-Straits relations.
