公共外交视角下的韩国卫生外交

ROK’s Health Diplomacy from the Perspective of Public Diplomacy

卫生外交作为公共外交的有效途径,在提高国家软实力、塑造良好国家形象上有着不可忽视的作用。在此次新冠肺炎疫情中,韩国采取的开放、透明的新冠疫情应对措施得到了世界的关注和认可。韩国以此为契机,大力推动卫生外交,提高本国在国际社会中的地位和影响力。通过分析韩国卫生外交的具体措施和可借鉴之处,将有利于未来中国更好地开展卫生外交。

As an effective way of public diplomacy, health diplomacy plays an important role in improving national soft power and building national image. During COVID-19 pandemic the open and transparent measures taken to tackle the epidemic in the Republic of Korea(ROK) have attracted worldwide attention and recognition. ROK takes this opportunity to vigorously promote health diplomacy and improve the country’s status and influence in the international community. Analyzing the specific measures taken in the ROK’s health diplomacy and the experience to learn from, the paper sheds light on China’s future health diplomacy practice.
