日益公开透明的舆论环境对政府和企业的新闻发言人制度和舆情应对工作提出了更高的要求。中国石化集团在相关实践和摸索中,形成了舆情应对的"八原则"和分级、分类、分别应对的"三分法"来积极应对舆情挑战,有效改善了企业外部舆论环境,重塑了企业品牌形象。
The increasingly open and transparent public opinion environment has put forward higher requirements on the government and enterprises’ spokesperson system and the work in response to public opinion. In its practice, the Sinopec Group has developed "eight principles" and "three methods" relating to the grading, classifying and responding to public opinion in an effect to meet public opinion challenges, which have effectively improved the external public opinion environment of the enterprise and reshaped its brand image.
