禽畜养殖再生水浇灌绿萝对其生理指标的影响

摘要 【目的】探讨再生水浇灌对绿萝生理指标的影响,加强再生水灌溉农作物、植物等方面的相关研究工作。【方法】选用禽畜养殖再生水,以不同质量比混合后与自来水做对照浇灌绿萝,并测定其生理指标。【结果】用不同质量比的再生水浇灌绿萝后,在第16天时,质量比1/2、1/100对绿萝CAT活性的影响较大,分别增加1.87 U/g和1.54U/g。浇灌第16天时,1/2和1/100质量比的再生水对绿萝POD活性的影响较明显,其活性值分别增加了0.933、0.363U/(g·min);浇灌32 d与16 d时相比,各质量比细胞膜通透性均有所升高,说明植物体内产生了自由基,对植物生长产生一定的抑制作用;与对照组相比,浇灌32d时,绿萝的叶绿素量都要比对照组高。【结论】再生水浇灌绿萝,总体上来看可以起到积极作用,质量比为1/100时使得绿萝生长状况相对较好,这将有利于再生水的循环利用,从而提高水资源的利用效率。 【Background】How to make better use of water resources and protect water resources has become one of the problems we need to solve.【Objective】Reclaimed water is an alternative water source to improve water resources and alleviate water shortage.In order to explore the effects of reclaimed water irrigation on Physiological Indexes of plants,it is necessary to strengthen the research work of crops and plants irrigated with reclaimed water.【Method】Different mass ratio of reclaimed water and tap water were used as control to irrigate Epipremnum aureus,and its physiological indexes were determined.【Result】The results 1 on the 16 th day,1/2 and 1/100 of mass ratio of reclaimed water had a significant effect on CAT activity,which increased by 1.87 U/g and 1.54 U/g,respectively;The results 2 on the 16 th day of irrigation,the effect of 1/2 and 1/100 mass ratio of reclaimed water on POD activity was obvious,and the activity increased by 0.933 U/(g·min)and 0.363 U/(g·min);The results 3 compared with 16 days after irrigation,the permeability of Cell Membrane increased at all concentrations,which indicated that free radicals were produced in plants and inhibited the growth of plants;The results 4 compared with the control group,the chlorophyll content of green pineapple was higher after 32 days of irrigation.【Conclusion】Although reclaimed water has a certain impact on the growth of Epipremnum aureus,it can play a positive role in general.When the mass ratio is 1/100,the growth of Epipremnum aureus is relatively good.
