摘要 【目的】适应多物联网终端情境下的温室高效管理,搭建功能完整、技术先进、稳定实用的温室智能管控应用系统。【方法】梳理归纳了应用系统建设需求,并基于云架构进行了系统的整体设计,分别从硬件和软件2个方面进行了系统的详细设计。其次,针对温室环境变量自动调控应用场景及其需求,基于模糊控制理论设计了双向分离的调控规则,构建了基于实时监测数据的模糊控制算法。最后,基于轻量级SSM组合框架进行了应用系统的研发,并在试点温室进行了系统部署与集成,以灌溉过程控制为例进行了基于地面墒情实时监测数据的远程灌溉调控应用测试。【结果】系统功能设计合理、兼容性强,容易实现且运行稳定可靠,能满足温室日常精细化生产管理的基本要求。【结论】温室管控应用系统搭建过程要重视需求分析,"随时开,自动关"的远程操控模式更能满足当前实际应用需求。 【Objective】In order to adapt to the greenhouse efficient management under the situation of multi-terminals of IOT,and build a greenhouse intelligent management and control application system with sophisticated functions,advanced technology,stability and practicality.【Method】Firstly summarized the construction requirements of greenhouse production management application service system.Secondly,based on the cloud architecture,the overall design of greenhouse intelligent management and control application system was carried out from hardware and software aspect.According to the requirement of automatic control of greenhouse environmental variables,fuzzy control theory was applied to design dual directional separated regulation rules,and a fuzzy control algorithm based on real-time monitoring data was constructed.Finally,the application system was developed based on SSM framework,and deployed and integrated in the greenhouse of Mopan Hill experimental base.Take irrigation process as an example,the test of remote intelligent control based on the real-time monitoring data of soil moisture was carried out.【Result】The results showed that system function design is reasonable,the operation runs stably and reliably,and meet the basic requirements of greenhouse daily management.【Conclusion】When establishing greenhouse intelligent management system,we should take requirement analysis into consideration,and′on and off automatically at any time′could meet practical needs better.
