摘要
埋地压力给水管道支墩标准图集给出了一般支墩的标准图及其尺寸,但实际使用时,发现水平支墩标准图集存在某些不完善之处:当设计参数超出标准图集范围时,从图中查不出支墩尺寸,当实际参数不等于图中参数时,只能从图中得到支墩尺寸的近似值,误差较大;图集中支墩扩大基础刚性角大于混凝土允许刚性角45°,导致支墩结构不安全;不进行支墩抗倾覆稳定及基底应力的验算。本文对水平弯管支墩的设计作了全面系统的论述,使支墩体形及设计更全面、合理、安全、且符合规范。
The standard diagram and size of the general buttress were given in the standard atlas of buried pressure water supply pipe.However,there were some imperfections in the standard atlas of horizontal piers when used.When the design parameters were beyond the standard atlas,the size of the buttress can’t be found.When the actual parameters were not equal to the parameters in the figure,only the approximate value of the butt size can be obtained from the figure and the error is larger.Extended base rigid angle of the buttress was greater than the 45 degree rigid angle of concrete in the standard atlas.This leads to the structure of the buttress unsafe.No checking calculation of anti-overturning stability and base stress of buttress.Based on all above regarding the design of general buttress,this article makes the shape and design of the piers more comprehensive,reasonable,safe,and in compliance with the standards.
