沿黄水田建设类项目工程设计与技术创新

Engineering Design and Technical Inovation of Construction Projects of Paddy Field along the Yellow River

结合韩城市和大荔县沿黄水田建设项目工程实践,依据相关政策,对陕西省沿黄水田建设类项目工程设计情况进行介绍,沿黄水田综合治理工程,一方面改善了困扰当地居民多年的耕地稀缺问题,优化了当地农民的耕地现状,增加了耕地面积;另一方面,控导工程的实施解决了黄河西岸连年坍塌,抗旱防洪能力低微的问题,为地区生态环境良性循环和生态环境可持续发展提供了有效保障。此外,总结出土体有机重构、黄河滩地水源净化、防洪和湿地保护集合等创新建设模式,为同类别的水田综合治理工程提供了全新的治理思路与良好方案借鉴。

Based on the engineering practice of Hanshui City and Dayi County along the Huangshuitian Construction Project,according to relevant policies,the design of the construction project along the Huangshui Field in Shaanxi Province was introduced.The comprehensive management project along the Huangshui Field improved the problem of lacking of field for local residents.The problem of scarcity of cultivated land has optimized the status of cultivated land of local farmers and increased the area of cultivated land.On the other hand,the implementation of the control project has solved the problem of the collapse of the west bank of the Yellow River and the low ability of drought and flood control,and the virtuous cycle and ecological environment of the regional ecological environment.Sustainable development provided effective protection.In addition,the innovative construction modes of soil organic reorganization,water purification of the Yellow River beach,flood control and wetland protection collection were summarized,which provided a new management idea and good program for the same type of paddy field comprehensive treatment project.
