摘要
采用高温煅烧三聚氰胺的方法来制备g-C3N4,并以偕胺肟纤维作为载体,结合水浴法制备了廉价易得、催化活性高、无毒无害且易回收的g-C3N4/AOCF复合催化材料。通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR、XPS、UV-VIS DRS等手段对样品进行表征分析,其中SEM表征结果显示g-C3N4均匀分布在纤维表面,呈无定形态,XPS和FT-IR表征结果证实g-C3N4与AOCF之间存在强相互作用。在紫外光的照射下,以降解罗丹明B染料来考察催化材料的催化活性,结果表明,当g-C3N4添加量为3g/L,在30℃的水浴温度下反应2h所制备的g-C3N4/AOCF复合催化剂光催化活性最佳,重复性实验表明该催化剂具有较好的稳定性,且光催化反应过程符合一级反应动力学规律。
In this paper,g-C3N4 was prepared by calcining melamine at high temperature,and g-C3N4/AOCF monolithic composite catalytic material was prepared with amidoxime fiber as carrier and water bath method,which is cheap,easy to get,high catalytic activity,non-toxic,harmless and easy to recover.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR,XPS,UV-Vis DRS,etc.the SEM results showed that g-C3N4 was uniformly distributed on the surface of the fiber,showing an amorphous morphology.The XPS and FT-IR results confirmed that there was a certain chemical bond between g-C3N4 and aocf.Under UV irradiation,the catalytic activity of the catalytic material was investigated by degradation of Rhodamine B dye.The results showed that when the addition of g-C3N4 was 3 g/L,the reaction was carried out at 30℃in water bath The g-C3N4/AOCF composite catalyst prepared by H has the best photocatalytic activity.The repeatability experiment shows that the catalyst has good stability and the photocatalytic reaction process conforms to the first-order reaction kinetics.
