摘要
研究不同的含水率对纸张稳定性的影响。将水与其他溶剂按照不同的配比进行混合,测试在不同配比下的纸张的耐火时间,采用正交试验体系构建纸张含水率与纸张耐火时间的状态空间直方图,分析纸张的热稳定性。在不同的含水配比的状态下,纸张的耐火效果不一样,热稳定性也不相同。水与不同的溶剂配合成质量分数的溶液测试纸张的热稳定性,不同的配比下的纸张热稳定性不相同。
To study the influence of different moisture content on paper stability.Methods:Water and other solvents were mixed according to different ratios to test the fire resistance time of paper under different ratios.The state space histogram of paper moisture content and paper fire resistance time was constructed by orthogonal test system to analyze the thermal stability of paper.Results:Under the condition of different water content ratio,the fire resistance effect and thermal stability of paper are different.Conclusion:The thermal stability of paper is tested by the mass fraction of water and different solvents.The thermal stability of paper is different under different ratios.
