基于LORA通信的造纸厂粉尘浓度远程监测方法

摘要 原有监测方法在传输点的数据处理过程中,不能对噪点数据进行完整分类和消除,导致粉尘浓度监测结果与实际数据存在误差,基于LORA通信设计造纸厂粉尘浓度远程监测方法。以LORA通信技术布置监测节点,通过终端的两种数据传输结构,形成不同类型的数据应答模式;在节点交互理论下构建应答函数,处理造纸厂的粉尘浓度终端采集数据;基于非线性相位噪点模式,构建传输通路的信号降噪模型,完成对粉尘浓度的远程监测,实现基于LORA通信的监测方法设计。实验以粉尘浓度影响因素为测试变量,分别比较影响因素筛选前后的监测效果。在影响因素选择前,监测方法的绝对误差为0.42,两组传统方法为1.46和1.10。在影响因素选择后,监测方法的绝对误差为0.20,两组传统方法为1.10和0.70,说明方法具有实际应用效果。 The original monitoring method can not classify and eliminate the noise data in the data processing process of the transmission point,resulting in errors between the dust concentration monitoring results and the actual data.The remote monitoring method of dust concentration in paper mill based on LORA communication is proposed.The dust monitoring nodes were arranged based on LORA communication,and the response mode between nodes and terminals was formed by using two data transmission structures existing in monitoring points.The response function was constructed through the node interaction theory to process the dust concentration terminal data collected from the paper mill.The signal de-noising model of transmission path was constructed with nonlinear phase noise mode to complete the remote monitoring of dust concentration,and the monitoring method design based on LORA communication was realized.The influence factors of dust concentration were taken as test variables to compare the monitoring effects before and after the screening of influence factors.Before the selection of influencing factors,the absolute error of the monitoring method in this paper was 0.42,and that of the two traditional methods was 1.46 and 1.10.After the selection of influencing factors,the absolute error of the monitoring method in this paper is 0.20,while the two groups of traditional methods are 1.10 and 0.70,indicating that the method in this paper has practical application effect.
