计算机视觉方法视域下的纸张填料颗粒粒径计算分析方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于扫描电子显微镜拍摄纸张填料,以获取放大后填料图像,加以预处理,获得清晰的颗粒图像,并利用图像特征提取的连通域标记法与欧拉数算法识别统计填料颗粒,最终获得颗粒粒径分布数据。对计算机视觉方法计算分析所得数据与激光衍射法测量所得数据进行对比分析,结果表明,其测量样本粒径结果与激光衍射法测量结果相统一,可重复性良好,经济性、有效性突出,可在既定范围内利用此方法直接替代激光衍射法。 Based on the scanning electron microscope,the paper packing was photographed to obtain the enlarged packing image,which was preprocessed to obtain the clear particle image,and then the connected region marking method and Euler number algorithm of image feature extraction were used to identify and count the packing particles,finally the particle size distribution data was obtained.The data obtained by the computer vision method and by the laser diffraction method were compared and analyzed.The results of the measurement of sample size were consistent with the results of laser diffraction method,which had good repeatability,outstanding economy and effectiveness,and could be used to directly replace the laser diffraction method in a given range.
