杨木硫酸盐浆TCF短序漂白的研究

摘要 采用氧脱木素(O)和过氧化氢(P)两种漂白方法对杨木硫酸盐浆漂白工艺参数进行研究。实验结果表明,OP两段漂白较适宜的工艺条件为:O段温度100℃、用碱量3%、氧压0.7 MPa,P段温度90℃、H2O2用量3%、pH为11;OP两段漂白后,纸浆白度达到80.6%ISO,粘度为731 mL/g,扫描电镜观察分析此漂白方法对纤维的损伤程度相对较小。OP两段漂白作为短流程漂白较适宜的漂白方法,既可以满足白度要求,又可以降低成本,保护环境。 The parameters of oxygen delignification(O)and peroxide bleaching(P)process poplar kraft pulp were studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimum process conditions for OP two-stage bleaching were:reaction temperature 100℃,NaOH dosage 3%,oxygen pressure 0.7 MPa for O-stage;for P-stage reaction temperature 90℃,H2O2 dosage 3%,pH value 11.SEM results displayed that fiber was less damaged after OP two-stage bleaching.OP two-stage bleaching is a suitable short sequence bleaching,which can not only meet the whiteness requirement but also reduce the cost and protect the environment.
