摘要
基于时域色散展宽技术的扫频激光光源的难点在于腔内色散量的匹配问题,本文提出解决腔内正负色散不匹配的方法,分析了它们的工作原理,实现了扫频激光光源的稳定运转,并测试了其光谱特性和时域脉冲特性,进一步设计实验验证了环形激光器耦合输出端为扫频输出。该扫频激光光源的中心波长为1555 nm,光谱扫描带宽为16 nm,扫频速率为6.17 MHz,可以将其用于扫频光学相干层析成像系统和光纤传感系统中。
The difficulty of the swept laser source based on time-domain dispersion stretching technique lies in the dispersion matching problem in the cavity.This paper proposes a method to solve the mismatch between the positive and negative dispersion in the laser cavity,analyzes their working principle,and obtained stabile operation of the swept laser source.By measuring the spectral and time-domain characteristics,it is further verified that the laser was indeed under wavelength swept operation.It has a center wavelength of 1555 nm,a sweeping wavelength range of 16 nm,and a sweep rate of 6.17 MHz.The swept source could find potential application in SS-OCT imaging and fiber sensing system.
